How should I wash my sweatshirt to avoid fading?
Machine wash cold with like items and tumble low dry.
What is your return policy?
30 days full refund. Email support@thekoffeekollective.com
what you did not like & we will send you a shipping label. The polymailer your original package came in has a film you can remove to reseal the package. Once we receive your return, we will issue your original form of payment back.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?
Yes, of course! Send us an email at support@thekoffeekollective.com and we would be more than happy to accommodate a new size! We will send you a new shipping label where you will send the old sweatshirt back in. If you were able to keep the original package, it has a film you can remove to reseal the package. Once we receive the product back, we will send out a new size!
What countries do you ship to?
Right now, only the USA and Canada. But soon will be shipping to other countries around the world.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are shipped out no later than 3 days after order is received.
Do you provide gift packaging?
All orders are packed with care and love for anyone receiving the package. We can make special note cards however, just leave us a note at checkout!
How do I cancel/modify my order?
Email us as support@thekoffeekollective.com and we will be able to assist you with any cancellations or modifications.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled by our team, you will receive an email that the order has been fulfilled along with a tracking number.
